Specialist care for rugs that matter
Valuable rugs can hold deep grit, dust, dander, spills and odours that a surface in home clean will miss. At Absolutely Fabulous Persian & Oriental Rug Cleaning, we focus on Persian, Oriental, silk and antique rugs that need careful handling from start to finish. From our dedicated facility in Bradfield, between Reading and Newbury, we clean by appointment and treat each piece with the attention its fibres, dyes and construction deserve. Our Free white glove collection and return service also keeps the lifting, rolling and relaying of your rug our responsibility, not yours.

A safer choice for delicate rugs
Hand knotted wool and silk rugs need more than a quick surface pass. With Absolutely Fabulous Persian & Oriental Rug Cleaning, your rug is collected from your home, assessed for condition and dye stability, before being fully dusted to remove dry soils at our bespoke rug cleaning facility. Only then are any stains and odours treated, a full immersion rug cleaning process carried out, followed by careful, thorough drying in a controlled drying environment and finally finished by hand, before being returned to you.
We clean many types of rugs from around the world, including Persian rugs such as Tabriz, Heriz, Keshan/Kashan, Isfahan, Antique Sarouk, Bidjar, Mashhad, Arak, Kashmar, Nain and Meshkabad. We also clean Ziegler rugs and delicate silk rugs, including Qum/Qom, Nain, Turkish Hereke and Kashmir.
