Frequently asked questions
Do you provide free rug collection in Maidenhead?
Yes, we do. We offer rug collection and return throughout Maidenhead and all SL6 postcode areas. Our appointment-based service includes moving furniture where needed and carefully rolling your rug ready for safe transport. It’s a simple and convenient way to arrange specialist off-site cleaning for large, heavy, delicate or valuable rugs.
Can you clean antique and silk rugs in Maidenhead?
Yes, those are exactly the kinds of rugs we focus on. We regularly handle Persian, Oriental, silk, antique and other valuable handmade rugs, planning the cleaning method around the rug's fibres, dyes, condition and age rather than using a one size fits all approach.
What if my rug has stains or smells?
We can address common issues such as food spills, pet odours and general embedded soiling as part of specialist rug cleaning. The safest route depends on the rug type and what has already happened to it, so photos and background details are always helpful before collection.
